When using SAGE Intelligence report Manager and the Screen with the report folders are not visible. Change needs to be made to the Registry of that PC.
It should be looking like this.
Resolution
To Resolve this, the following steps need to be implemented on the problematic machine:
Ensure that Sage 300c and Report Manager are closed.
Go to the Registry Editor on the local PC (where the issue is occurring).
In the registry Editor Go to:
HKEY_USERS | S-1-5-21-1349636552-1416491278-3339624879-500
(please note that the name or the value of this folder “S-1-5-21-1349636552-1416491278-3339624879-500” may differ. It is usually the first file with the longest name under the “HKEY_USERS” folder, please see an example in the screenshot below).
Once you have navigated to the Version folder, on the right handside, please ensure that you double-click or modify on the ‘LastScreenSplit’.
*Ensure that you change the Value Data to 0.22 and then click on ‘OK’
Once this is done, ensure that you log back into Sage 300c and the Report Manager and the issue should be cleared.
